Can we add a forum / Topic where we can put race results, etc ??

Consider it done. Not sure how to post the results on the topic or what it will look like once posted i think you can add it as a link (similar to what i have done in the membership form thread), but if you want to email me a set of race results and i will have a tinker. I have also added you as a moderator i think this allows you the same editing abilities as the admin (dont know how many admins you can have but if you can have more than one i will try add you to it)
