Saturday and sunday workouts
Saturday 8.30 am, Normal group ride. 1.5 hrs tops. Meet at rowing club. Don't be late we leave at 8.30 sharp (Ben)
Sunday 3pm group "brick session" 12 mile steady, ride in groups, followed by transition and a 1.5 mile run around prior park. followed by Tea and dunkers at Ritchie's house.
Meet at 106 Longsands road where we will set up transistion in my back garden. ( leave it ! ) Don't forget your running shoes. Park where you can.
Sundays ride suitable for all. Fast ,new, old, etc etc.
