National emergency service triathlon championships (sprint)

2 Nicetri members Mick Lawrence and Keith Ritchie travelled to Nottingham to compete in the national emergency champs, on Friday 13 May
with near perfect conditions and a flat course both retuned with massive PB's. over 750/20k/5k . see results attached
Mick finished 12th overall with an impressive pb of 1.04.14
Keith finished 32nd overall with an equally good pb of 1.07.06
