Found out a bit late to get it done here, but had one done in Tri sports letchworth last week as its near work. What a massive difference it makes after a good bike fit - i would highly recommend getting one done.
Turns out i was in completely the wrong position (over stretch bars and low saddle) and had been for several long triathlons over several years!
No wonder i was hurting after long rides - i just thought it was me getting old!
